PET Strapping Solutions
CUSTOMPACK offers a complete portfolio of PET Strapping solutions, including Eco PET, Standard PET, and Premium PET Strapping, designed for a wide range of industrial packaging applications. All variants are available in Smooth and Embossed finishes, delivering reliable sealing, excellent load retention, and safe handling. We support third-party manufacturing and our own CUSTOMPACK brand, with full customization options such as size, length, roll weight, breaking strength, and private logo branding. Our SIMA Group production line, built to international benchmarks, manufactures Jumbo, Mega, and Super Jumbo coils (70 kg–350 kg) with a daily capacity of 30,000 kg (30 MT). The production unit is ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2004, PSA-CERT, AIAO-BAR, EMS accredited, SGS certified, and RoHS compliant, ensuring consistent quality and reliable global supply.

PP Strapping Solutions
CUSTOMPACK supplies high-quality PP Strapping solutions designed for light to medium-duty packaging applications across logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing industries. Our PP Straps are available in widths from 5 mm to 19 mm and thicknesses ranging from 0.40 mm to 1.00 mm, with fully customized color options to match customer branding or operational needs. We offer both Hand Grade PP Strap for manual strapping applications and Machine Grade PP Strap for semi-automatic and fully automatic strapping machines. Manufactured using advanced extrusion technology, CUSTOMPACK PP Strapping delivers consistent strength, flexibility, smooth operation, and reliable load retention, ensuring cost-effective and efficient packaging performance for domestic and export use.

Stretch Film Solutions
CUSTOMPACK offers high-performance Stretch Film solutions in both Hand Grade and Machine Grade, engineered for secure pallet wrapping and load stabilization. Our films are SGS certified, available in thicknesses from 5 micron to 35 micron, with customized colors, widths, and lengths to meet specific packaging needs. Designed with excellent elasticity and elongation between 250% and 400%, our stretch film delivers up to 300% yield per roll, maximizing efficiency and reducing cost per pallet. The film features one-sided cling, strong elastic memory, crystal-clear clarity for barcode scanning, low-noise unwind, and is 100% recyclable Code 4 LLDPE, supporting sustainable packaging across New Zealand and global markets.
