PET Strapping Solutions
CUSTOMPACK provides a complete range of PET Strapping solutions, including Eco PET, Standard PET, and Premium PET Strapping, engineered for diverse industrial packaging needs. PET Strapping is a safer, lighter, and corrosion-free alternative to steel strapping, offering excellent tensile strength and long-term load retention.
All PET Strapping types are available in Smooth and Embossed finishes. Smooth PET Strapping ensures consistent friction-weld sealing and smooth machine operation, while Embossed PET Strapping offers enhanced grip and superior tension retention for dynamic and high-impact loads.
We offer extensive customization options, including custom widths, thicknesses, roll lengths, roll weights, breaking strength, and private logo branding. PET Strapping is manufactured using modern SIMA Group production lines capable of producing Jumbo, Mega, and Super Jumbo coils ranging from 70 kg to 350 kg, ensuring strength, uniformity, and global supply reliability.
PP Strapping Solutions
CUSTOMPACK’s PP Strapping solutions are designed for light to medium-duty applications where flexibility and efficiency are essential. Our PP Straps are available in widths from 5 mm to 19 mm and thicknesses from 0.40 mm to 1.00 mm, with fully customized color options to support branding or operational identification.
We supply both Hand Grade PP Strapping for manual applications and Machine Grade PP Strapping for semi-automatic and fully automatic strapping machines. Manufactured using high-quality polypropylene, our PP Straps deliver smooth feeding, consistent tensioning, and reliable performance—making them ideal for cartons, bundled goods, and palletized loads.

Stretch Film Solutions
CUSTOMPACK offers premium Stretch Film solutions in Hand Grade and Machine Grade, designed for secure pallet wrapping and load stabilization. Our films are SGS certified, available in 5 micron to 35 micron thickness, and can be customized in color, width, and length.
With elongation between 250% and 400%, our stretch film delivers up to 300% yield per roll, maximizing efficiency while reducing cost per pallet. The film features one-sided cling, excellent elastic memory, crystal-clear clarity for barcode scanning, and low-noise unwind, making it suitable for warehouse and office-adjacent environments.
CUSTOMPACK Stretch Film is made from 100% recyclable Code 4 LLDPE, fully compatible with the New Zealand Waste & Recycling system, supporting sustainable and responsible packaging practices.
